Having never worked with a designer before I wasn't sure what to expect as far as how much input I would be expected to give, and was very happy with the level of care Cara put into discovering the ins and outs of our business before anything was created. I loved that I wasn't simply asked 'what do you want it to look like", as I was stumped and the reason we wanted some help. I was worried that the whole experience would be simply Cara (the designer) literally just putting our ideas into the correct formats, but thankfully it was more about working together to find the ideas that were underneath the surface. I am in love with my new logo in all its forms. The brand bible is something that I never even knew I needed, but now refer back to it all the time. I wish I had have done this sooner!
